ROLE: Art Direction (UX & UI, Illustration of objects and backgrounds, Flash animations). PRODUCER: Wirall Interactive / AGENCY: Turner

 

Promotion for a new Christmas program of Cartoon Network Latin America, called “Regalomaniacos”, sponsored by Mattel. Users were kids of a young age, and consisted of 4 mini engaging christmas-themed games. Each games were unlocked by points or by sending special codes given on TV. Rewards consisted in Background images and icon sets of different characters of Cartoon Network world.

Wireframes were prepared first to understand all the necessary sections and copy needed for the promo.

Internal pages included Avatar creator, Write your letter for Santa, Videos, TV Show description, Toys gallery and more.

Game Screens

“LLUVIA DE CARTAS” (Letter’s rain)

Catch letters inside the mailman bag in a minute to get points, and avoid elements like an apple or shoe.

“TOTTEM DE JUGUETES” (Toy’s Tottem)

Place one present over the other without making them falling. As time passes more presents are released and becomes more complicated to place it correctely.

“FABRICA DE JUGUETES” (Toy’s factory)

Replicate the package as presented on the screen by choosing wrapping paper, ribbons and inside toy.

“ATRAPA JUGETES” (Toy’s Catcher)

The Christmas factory finishes the presents and send it to the snowmen, where they have to bounce it to Santas’ sleigh.
